Anvesan Sherpa

Regulatory intelligence for market expansion

Tell Sherpa what you want to offer and where. It maps the licence, legal requirements, entity structure, timeline and cost before you commit to a market.

The problem

Launching a product requires multiple unique regulatory approvals in every country.

You ask yourself before a launch: What licenses do we need? Who regulates it? Which entity should operate it? How long will it take? What will it cost?

The answers are different depending on the activity, jurisdiction, entity and regulatory regime. Sherpa answers those questions instantly and in depth.

The pathfinder

Select a product and a country. See the regulatory path.

Sherpa maps the requirements across activity, jurisdiction, licence, legal requirements, entity structure, timeline and cost.

Each requirement is structured from official sources and dated.

Who is Sherpa for?
Companies planning to offer regulated financial products in new markets, including stablecoin companies, fintechs and financial infrastructure providers.

Sherpa Intelligence includes the full pathfinder, country comparison, saved paths, the Weekly Regulatory Brief and Sherpa MCP. Some features are still in development.
When should we use Sherpa Advisory?

Sherpa can show how the same product is treated across different jurisdictions and help structure the comparison. Choosing a jurisdiction for your company remains a company-specific decision.
